Synopsis of Action taken March 11, 2008

Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Laupp. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. at the township hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of February 12, 2008 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $308,233.16. Approved request to pay utility bills as needed before board approval at monthly meeting. Approved to re-table discussion on the Cemetery Ordinance book. Approved request to add David Lawson on the Fire Department. Approved replacement of 30amp electrical panel with a 100amp panel. Approved the addition of Firefighter in Training position, job description, and rate of pay.

Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of March 11, 2008 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $324,217.41. Approved transfer of funds on Budget 2007-2008 line item “Community Building Utilities” to line item “Street Lighting”. Approved the Quarterly Finance Report. Approved the Cemetery Ordinance Book. Approved purchase of three rescue harnesses and carabea hooks. Approved purchase of server for computer up-grade. Approved Election Inspectors pay checks prior to May 6, 2008 Election. Approved Policy & Procedure for paying bills on-line. Approved extension of Conditional Use Permit for George Danke. Approved a directive to the Assessor for an additional duty in her job description.
