Synopsis of Action Taken July 14, 2009

Present: Supervisor Adams, Clerk Aldrich, Treasurer Clutter, Trustee Radcliff, and Trustee Eyre.
Meeting called to order at 7:00pm at the Township Hall.
Action taken: Agenda approved. Minutes of June 9, 2009 approved. Treasurer’s report accepted and put on file. Cash on Hand balance is $329,352.47. Approved continued repair on the tanker not to exceed $10,000.00. Approved payment of Election Inspectors for August Primary. Approved Ordinance #2009-0714-1on Civil Infractions. Approved Ordinance #2009-0714-2 on Section 3, Penalties for Violation. Approved Ordinance #2009-0714-3 on Section 4, Enforcement of an Ordinance. Approved new rates submitted by J R Brunner for burial opening and closings. Approved contract with BS&A Software. Approved agreement with Siegfried & Crandall.
Wireless internet access now available at Township Building.
